This air tank mainly use for store and buffer compressed air, delay supply compressed air. The use and inspection of the air tank all according with 《Safety & technique Inspection Regulations of Simple Pressure Vessels》 and 《Special Equipment Safety Supervision Regulations》.
The user need to set up security management file, craft operate regulations and operate regulations. Maintain, check the air tank regularly and make record. If find unusual conditions, the air tank should be inspected by Special Equipment Inspection Organization promptly.
Recommend to use the air tank within service life time, beyond this time, please change a new one. If need to continue use, please declare for Special Equipment Inspection Organization and accept to check regularly.
Under long term operation, the supporting plate, welding portion of air inlet tube will appear crack; Need to avoid shaking when install and use.
The operator of the air tank should be had the professional training and safety education. Over pressure and over temperature are not allowed. The temperature of the compressed air which filled into the air tank can not higher than the design temperature. Ensure the air tank can be in the normal working state, the ambient temperature should not be lower than 0℃.
If the air tank is connected with the air compressor which using the lubricating oil. You need to periodically check all the pine, the air tank and the parts for the air tank. Need to get rid of all the carbon deposition (include the carbon deposition on the compressor cylinder). You need to get rid of the smear and clean the air tank periodically. This can ensure the quality of the air in the air tank. Using the fire can not be allowed around the air tank or on the air tank. Can not to use the fire to inspect the inner of the air tank.
It is not allow to repair the air tank (include the bolts), hammer and impact the air tank when the air tank has the pressure.
Prohibit repairing and changing the design by user.
Need to periodically check the safe accessory of the air tank (safe valve, manometer). The safe valve should be inspected once per year. The manometer should be inspected once per half a year. The operator must check the security of the accessory with reliable sensitivity. Need to replace the accessory once it can not work normally.
If the Max. air flow rate of air compressor( mean actual air inlet of air tank) beyond the relieving capacity of air tank's safe valve, need to install pressure relief device.
